I realized some of my built in Sony plugins are no longer under their set tabs. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas? I'm sorry it's so long, I just thought a little was necessary. I am a new user to Sony Vegas and have been spending the day playing around with it. Click and drag to select a region, or select an existing event on the VEGAS Pro or VEGAS Movie Studio timeline to determine the length and placement of the audio track.
Sony vegas pro 13 audio plugins missing how to#
The only problem is, I have absolutely no idea where to find those files or how to do it. Sonicfire Pro v5.8.5 or higher, and VEGAS Pro 12-19 or VEGAS Movie Studio required. I was thinking there might be a way to transfer the files that house all the audio effects in Movie Studio to Vegas 13. Now I currently have both Sony Vegas Pro 13 AND Movie Studio 13 on my computer. Plug-in can be used directly after your purchase - you will receive your personal serial number via e-mail: Film Looks Vol.2: 2.3: 4.7 MB: Vegas Pro 11 or newer: 20 grading presets for Vegas. QuickTime files cannot be read or written without a full installation of the QuickTime version 7.1.6 or greater components, including the authoring components. Vegas Pro 11 or newer: 10 free film looks for Vegas Pro: Film Looks Vol.1: 2.3: 4.7 MB: Vegas Pro 11 or newer: 20 grading presets for Vegas Pro (Vol.1). It appears that QuickTime for Windows is not properly installed. Now I specifically remembered having the exact plugins that I SHOULD HAVE had for Vegas 13 in Movie Studio 13 so I went and reinstalled it. Solution: The Sony QuickTime plug-in was not able to initialize the QuickTime components on your system. Now I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times with no success but I actually had an idea that I thought was pretty clever, I just don't know how to execute it.īefore I "acquired" Vegas 13, I had purchased Movie Studio 13 and had been using that for a little over a year. And that's what brings me back here to my home on reddit (tbh, I probably should've come here first, but oh well). I've spent about the last 4.5 hours combing through the internet to try and find a solution to no avail. So when I went to try and select a plugin, that's when I realized that I have absolutely NO audio plugins (though I do have all the video plugins I should)! But recently I've started making videos that require me to use audio effects (which I never had to do before).

I've been using it for about 6 months now with no problems or complaints.
